*Dr. Gauvain was absolutely great. He was thorough, precise, friendly & very down to earth. *Dr. Gauvain @ initial eval gave me a good overall picture of the healing process & risks of surgery. I would recommend the doctor, but his staff really tests my patience. I did notify *Dr. Gauvain of my personal experiences with his staff. I was reluctant to tell him initially but he really took a great deal of care explaining the situation & taking accountability for the actions of his staff. I saw a complete turn around with his staff. I was called by his [...] [...][...] [...] after my appointment ended. She called to assist me with making a follow up appointment. in 1 month as instructed by *Dr. Gauvain, and notified she had documented the visit & doctor recommendations & had faxed that info to the [...] management team to continue my [...]. It makes me feel relieved to see *Dr. Gauvain did what he said.
